If you are looking to register a team into the 2015 Provincial Playoffs you will need to print off a Provincial Registration Form on 8.5 x 14 Legal Size Paper. Fill out the form in its entirety and mail it along with payment to the Baseball Sask Head Office in Regina (Address is detailed on the form). Fax copies are not accepted!
The deadline for all Mosquito, Pee Wee, Bantam and Midget teams is June 5th
The deadline for all Junior and Senior teams is June 19th.
